By using Lullines you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Lullines is an app where you draw a quiet place and listen to it. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices, under the App Store's rules.

2. What the app is not

Lullines is not a medical device, not a treatment, and not a substitute for professional advice. We make no promise that it will improve your sleep or your wellbeing. If you are worried about your sleep or your health, speak to a doctor.

The app plays sound that may continue for a long time. Set the volume to a level that is comfortable, and take care of your hearing when listening through headphones.

3. Lullines Plus subscription

Some features — listening all night, recording your voice into the drawing, 19 sounds instead of 9, Journeys and Family Sharing — require a subscription.

• Plans and prices: Yearly at $29.99 per year, Monthly at $4.99 per month. The price shown in the app in your own currency is the one that applies.
• Free trial: 7 days free with the yearly plan. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins automatically.
• Payment: charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the last 24 hours of that period.
• Cancelling: in your device Settings → your account → Subscriptions, at any time. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
• Trial on purchase: if you buy a subscription during the free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
• Family Sharing: the subscription supports Apple Family Sharing.

4. Refunds

Payments are handled entirely by Apple, and we cannot refund them. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. What you draw is yours

Your drawings and recordings belong to you. We claim no rights in them, and we never reach them — they stay on your device, as the Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for what you draw, record and share.

6. The app itself

The Lullines name, design, code and the sounds generated inside it are ours. The recorded sounds in the app are published under the CC0 licence, and their authors are credited on the "About the sounds" screen in the app.

You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, or work around its subscription limits.

7. Availability and warranty

We do our best to keep the app working well, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or without fault. Features may change or be withdrawn in updates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. In any case our liability will not exceed what you paid for the subscription in the preceding twelve months.

9. Ending your use

You may stop at any time by deleting the app. We may end the licence if these terms are broken.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change, and the date at the top of this page is updated when they do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
